For more than three decades, Tpl. (Mrs) Bello Risikat Bukola FNITP, MRTPI has devoted herself to her craft and her community. As a town planner, she shaped neighbourhoods and skylines, quietly building places where families could grow and thrive.
Beyond her work, she has been a mentor to many, a leader of principle, and a steady presence in every room she enters. Her colleagues remember her vision; her mentees remember her patience; her family remembers her tenderness.
